I needed to pay my water bill. I had just had a major surgery and was unable to go in person. So I sent my son in law with a debit/credit card(To pay a Reading water bill) refused to let him.so I called. I offered a letter with my signature and my driver's license,still refused to help me. They said they couldn't verify it was me. Most certainly,not friendly or helpful
