I went to buy a used camper I asked on the phone if there was any damage and was told, no, but there was possible water damage. Got there and camper step was broken more than a little water damage. Then I asked the guy if the air worked and was told if your not willing to pay full price I'm not going to fix anything or check the air. I left at this point.
We bought a brand new 2014 Gulf Stream and it has had more problems then I can type. It was only on the rode for about 250 miles then put on a permanent site. Insted of moving it we had a repair man come to our trailer.The fixes were easy but should not have happened. But the real problem are the tires they are so dry rotted that we cant move it. with less then 300 miles on these tires I thought they would do something for us. but they said the warranty was up. Who ever heard of a warranty that didnt cover tires with only 300 miles. I will never do business with Richards again and were a camping family so neither will any of my many family members. Plus try to talk to anyone is like pulling teeth. Poor product and service. SD

Went to their RV show in Jackson as we are in the Market for a Class C. The first RV we looked at we were told that my husband could not have his service dog with him in the rv, we told the man that it was a service dog and ADA laws states that he can have access. He than stated that he can not allow it due to possible allergies to dogs that others may have. We than told him that ADA law states you can not use that as an excuse and that you can not deny access, he than stated that he is than denying access to people and we need to exit the rv as he only shows RVs to people who are going to buy. He never asked if we were looking to buy or anything. We made a special trip just to look at Class C motorhomes as we are looking for this, however, if they are willing to break the law by denying access for an individual with a service dog (which is a medical device not a pet) than what other things are they doing that is shady? We urge you not to purchase from this place. This was a veteran with a service dog that they denied access to.
